Absolutely! You can choose from our standard packages or request a customized plan with your preferred characters, entertainment, and activities.

Do you provide decorations?

Yes, depending on the package. Some services include decoration, set ups, and after party cleanups.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit usually 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event.

Is tax included in your prices?

All prices are subject to applicable HST (New Brunswick sales tax). Your invoice will clearly outline the subtotal, tax, and total.

Booking Procedures

How do I book a performer or service?

You can fill out our booking form on SERVICES, email us, or call directly. A deposit secures your date.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks ahead to ensure your preferred character and time slot are available, especially during peak seasons.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes, once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a written confirmation with all event details, including performer name, arrival time, and services.

Cancellation 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event receive a refund of any balance paid (excluding the deposit). Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, one rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 14 days before the event, subject to performer availability.

What happens if you cancel my event?

In the rare case that we must cancel (e.g., illness, emergency), we might offer a replacement performer or a refund.
